The service provides technical support on any IT related issue based on a pre paid time per month basis that’s affordable and provides excellent value for money. Service is delivered predominantly via dial in support though includes on-site visits where required. Ideal for those people with a small to medium server based network with limited internal IT skills. Service Includes: Adding and removing usersConfiguring security policiesChecking backups and antivirusDay to day help with IT issuesLiaising with third parties on your behalf such as ISP’s or software providersSecurity auditingConfiguring remote access for your usersReconfiguring printers on the network Because we are acting as your IT Manager you can ask us to do anything relating to your IT so you never need worry about hearing the words “that’s not covered” again!
